Ayodhya verdict and its consequences !!

Well, don't expect a long one here. I am going to keep it short for a multitude of reasons. Through this verdict the indian judiciary has for the very first time given a judgement based not on evidence but on faith! (a first in many regards). So hypothetically this tantamount to saying (say a case of murder) that tomorrow if a 1000 folks come to the court and say that all of them think/believe/assume/faith that a particular person has committed the crime, then the court would declare the person guilty since so many folks have belief/faith that the person has committed the crime even if the evidence says otherwise !!!

Well the judgement has created an un-healthy precedence, but I am confident that the Supreme court would use more diligence than the esteemed judges of the Allahabad high court!!!
